Warranty Plans

Equipment warranty offers complete piece of mind.  Superior offers 3 and 5 year equipment warranty plans through third party providers which cover failing gear and electrical surges.  These warranties cover the equipment as well as the labor to troubleshoot, remove, replace or repair the malfunctioning device(s) that we have sold and installed in the system.  The warranty plans do not cover new or additional programming.  The warranty plans do not cover service related calls caused by third party providers such as Comcast, Xfinity, Uverse, Directv or Dish.  Cable and modem boxes often go bad and your service provider is responsible for replacing these.  If a replacement box is added to the system, there will be a service call charge to come out and reprogram the box.
